What powers of two prime numbers will give a product of 1000...000(this sign --> { below the 1000...000 and below this { telling 2012 zeros )

I find your explanation obscure, but if you mean a "1" followed by 2012 zeroes, then

you have 10^2012 = 2^2012 * 5^2012
