What led to conflict in Bosnia between the Bosniaks and Serbians? The real reason is not listed, however, some shallow thinking might lead you to D as the reason leading to conflict. The real reason is long standing, over many years, of racial, ethnic, and religious hate. I suspect your teacher is looking for you to believe D was the cause, that under prior communist control of Yugoslavia, all was well. It wasn't.
