India is one of the most well known countries throughout the entire world, but have you reader ever thought about how important India is to us the United States? Throughout this essay I will be describing 2 interesting facts about India and why it is an important factor to the United States.
Economic Growth in India is becoming one of the world's growth engine, in fact this year India's GDP went up from a 6.3 percent to a 6.5 percent and for those who might not know what GDP means, it stands for Gross Domestic Product, but how does this affet the U.S? Well, since India's GDP rised this means that more than a billion people will soon be positioned to buy U.S goods and services. GDP provides an economic snapshot of a country, used to estimate the size of an economy and its growth rates, while the U.S has a GPD of 10.91 percent India and other countries with an average of 5.0 or more are a good advantage to us, since mostly everything is made in the United States. Some other things that the United States also benefits from when it comes to economic growth is trade between countries and considering what were talking about now, well India and the United States do lots of different trades.
Natural resources are also something very important for the United states and India has plenty of it. The United states is very interested in resources like mineral fuels, oils, distillation products, pearls, precious stones, metals, coins, organic chemicals, salt, sulphur, lime, and many others. Despite the availability of these resources in other countries, United States prefer Indias resrouces due to diversify its srouces of import to reduce reliances of any single countries. This helps mitigate risk associated with politcal instability, trade disputes, or supply disruptions in any one country. Apart from that the United States considers the economy, trade decisions are influenced by a variety of economic factors, including cost of product, quality of resources, and trade policies. India's competitve pricing, quality of resources, and favorable trade relations with the U.S make it an attractive source for certain natural resources.
As we saw throughout this essay, India and United States go by hand due to its economics and natural resources. We also saw how different countries are because ones GDP is higher than the other.
