We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness; that, to secure these rights Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their powers from the consent of the governed; that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government. Does it mean everyone has unalienable rights and King George III cannot take that away from them?

He added that people had the right to start a new government if the old government didn't respect people's rights.
