You are not following the PEMDAS order or operations. Also, 10-6 is not 3!
(10 – 6)^2 + 6 • 2 – (3 + 2)^2
So, Parens first:
4^2 + 6•2 - 5^2
now Exponents:
16 + 6•2 - 25
now Mult/Div:
16 + 12 - 25
Finally, Add/Sub:
28 - 25
