What is the truth about the email being sent all around with Obama not holding his hand over his heart during the Pledge of Alleigence. He is pictured along with 3 other people , including Hillary. (they all have their hand over their heart) It stated it was taken in September 2007. Snopes link also says it is true.Please clarify this.

Time magazine ran this picture -- but it wasn't during the Pledge of Allegiance, but during the National Anthem.
