What is the solution of 1/3 + 3/10 + 1/5?

Hi, I don't really know how to add fractions very well yet. Can you explain how to add these 3 fractions? Thanks so much

First change these to equivalent fractions with a common denominator

The least common denominator is 30
1/3 = 10/30
3/10 = 9/30
1/5 = 6/30

Now add the numerators.

10/30 + 9/30 + 6/30 = 25/30

Simplify.

25/30 = 5/6
