What is the slope, m, of the line that contains the points (-12, 16), (-3, 4) and (6,-8)?

Choose any 2 points, I would choose, for example (-3,4) and (6,-8).

Then use the slope formula:
m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

so it would be:
m=(-8-4)/(6+3)= -4/3

The slope is -4/3
