ACTUALLY NEVERMIND. I figured it out!!!!
It's 85.24°
You normally would use a calculator or a table to look up the tan of a specific angle. This problem is asking for you to do it backwards. You have the tangent value and need to find the angle.

On the calculator it is noted as
tan^-1 or the inverse of tangent.

I got 85.236 degrees using the calculator.
