What is the main idea of the informational passage?

High School Cafeterias

Study after study has suggested that eating a diet full of vitamins, minerals, and fiber can help people lead longer, healthier lives. However, finding healthy foods in the high school cafeteria can sometimes be difficult. The cafeteria serves a variety of choices to students: pizza, hot dogs, cheeseburgers, french fries, and tater tots. Though students have many choices, few of these foods can be considered healthy. Where are the vitamin- and fiber-packed fruits and vegetables? Where are the sandwiches made with whole wheat bread?

If it is so important for people to eat healthy foods, then the cafeteria should set up a salad bar where students can load up on vegetables and fresh fruit. Cafeteria managers should also consider offering items such as low-fat yogurt, steamed vegetables, and whole wheat pasta.
