What is the frequency of brown-haired people in the sample? (In the sample there is one person with brown hair named Cathy in slot 3 and a person named Samantha with brown hair in slot 4)

a. 3 and 4
b. 2
c. 4
d. 3

I think it is either a. 3 and 4 or b. 2, since the people with brown hair are in slots 3 and 4, and since two people in total have brown hair, but I'm not sure which one goes. Please help. (Sorry if I'm confusing!)
