What is the formula for a triangular pyramid?

The answer would be D. because:
1. A is saying the formula to a triangular prism.
2. B is saying the formula to a triangular prism but instead of multiplying, it's dividing 0.5 by length.
3. C is saying the formula to a triangular pyramid BUT it has 1/5 and the formula should have 1/3.
