Put in x in one of the points, and see what the y computes to be.
I don't understand
slope = (-3-1)/(1-3) = 2
so it has to be one of the last two of your choices
sub in (1,3) into y = 2x+5 ---> doesn't work
sub in (1,3) into y = 2x - 5 ----> Yeahhh!
so y = 2x-5
