Rhyme -- sounds (and usually spellings) that are the same:

hop
bop

rain
plain

Rhythm -- arrangement of stressed and unstressed syllables in a line of poetry that creates a pattern (and often a "beat")

The RAIN in SPAIN falls MAINly in the PLAIN
