what is the best way to study for my chemistry test tomorrow

what are u learning about ?
It all depends on the basis of question type...
If it's mostly calculation: stoichiometry, physical properties, dilution, molarity, and everything in between, I would just practice like you would do your math homework, meaning do practice problems, and check your work.
If it's mostly conceptual theory and ideas, I tend to re-read/ write repeatedly. The more I write it down sometimes, the more I remember. Just try and sift to find the key point of something, just so that a sentence or two will spark your memory when asked.
