If the digit below what you're rounding to ends in a 5 or higher, you round up.
Example: You would round 46 to 50
If the digit below what you're rounding to ends below 5, you would round down.
Example: You would round 43 to 30
This applies for others as well
Example: Round 34560 to the nearest 100 would be 34600.
