Of those choices, I'm not sure I agree. C seems as if it keeps emotions bottled up inside you, and that is NOT healthy. B could provoke retaliation.
This is not clear-cut to me.
What is NOT a healthy way to deal with anger?
A. run around the block a few times.
B. yell at the person who makes you angry.***
C.accecpt your feelings.
D. remember what made you angry this time so you can avoid it in the future.
