Essentially neurological psychology emphasizes how changes in people's nervous system effect their behavior. However, evidence for this was minimal until the invention of such methods as the EEG, CAT scan and PET scan. It is part of areas called "biopsychology" or "physiological psychology" among other terms.

I searched Google under the key words "biopsychology" to get these possible sources:

http://psychology.about.com/od/biopsychology/a/biopsyc.htm
http://encarta.msn.com/encyclopedia_761595625/biopsychology.html

I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
So is it safe to say there is really no actual theory for neurological psychology.

Could I state that neurological psychology is a study on how peoples nervous system affects their behavior Biopsychologists often look at how biological processes interact with emotions, cognitions, and other mental processes. Do you believe this might been established with the experment that Karl lashley did when he removed part the brain of the rat and realized that the rat could not remember the maze that is where the rat memory removing that part cause a different behavior in the rat when it come to remembering the maze.
I am sorry to keep bothering you but this one has really got me stuck
