Online "^" is used to indicate an exponent, e.g., x^2 = x squared. Is that what you want to indicate?
I still don't get it? I struggle in Math.

-^90 is pure garble.

If you have an exponent, it goes in between the numbers, as PsyDAG showed you.
I'm sure he means "^" as √ or the square root symbol
