What is 14/4 as an integer?

It isn't a whole number. 14*1/4 = 3.5

2/3 * 1/4 = 2/12 = 1/6 at the end of the trip or you can use a number like 21 and go from there. If you use the number, then if the tank is full at 21, it started at 2/3 of that or 2/3*21 = 14. Then we used 1/4 of that and we are left with 14/4 = 3.5. The problem wants a fraction, so 3.5/21 = 1/6. Same answer either way.
