What goes into the author field (the first part of an APA citation) on a Reference page if there is no author or editor listed?
The date of publisher
The location of the publisher
The title of the work that is being cited, for example, the title of the article

If there's no author, usually you would use whatever the next element is, but to start an entry with the date of publication is nuts.
