An About Us section helps. Or Credits or something like that.
Places like Wikipedia are great but ANYONE can edit the information there. So if I'm looking for a reliable source it has to be written by one person with a byline and not edited by some random person.
What features does a web site need to offer in order for you to trust the information?

If you are infering that Wiki is unreliable, you are in for a surprise. Wiki has a very sound editorial process, which has proven to be no less reliable than the most respeced Encyclopedias. Somehow, this has gotten lost in the popular educational press.
