What exactly is the person below complaining about

I've been working at a law firm as a file clerk for 5 years. The first 4 years I did asbestos filing, up until recently I was told by the leading partner of the firm to take over another department's (workers comp) filing. I said "okay" and started doing both. Keep in my mind both departments require a full time file clerk. I've been struggling to keep up with the filing, so I went to talk to the partner who assigned me the position about it. He actually forgot that he assigned me the position, which is not a surprised since they are super busy running a firm. He said he'll talk with the head partner of workers comp. Waited over the weekend, came Monday, asked him, and he said he forgot to talk to him. I want to talk to him again but he's been out the office so much that I don't even know when he's in.

The person is complaining about being overwhelmed with their workload as a file clerk at a law firm. They were assigned to take over filing for another department on top of their current responsibilities, making it difficult for them to keep up with the workload. They have tried discussing their concerns with the partner who assigned them the additional filing duties, but he has been too busy and forgetful to address the issue. They are frustrated with the lack of communication and support from their superiors.
