What effect can an ocean have on the climate?
A. Rushing water from tides cools the land. (I don't think so)
B. Their is no influence on climate from an ocean.( definitely NOT)
C. Ocean winds can carry moisture with them and can bring rain and fog over inland areas.
D. Warm ocean air causes a dry climate.
Its either C or D!
Can I get some help narrowing it down

Does ocean water in the tropics cause dry air all over the world? What about the rain forests?

Aren't C and D mutually exclusive?
Think about D. If it is warm ocean air that seems to me it would have moisture in it and that tells me C looks right..
