What drives the circulation of air in the atmosphere?A evaporation

Convection
Conduction
Condensation

1 answer

Convection drives the circulation of air in the atmosphere. When the sun heats the Earth's surface, the air near the surface is also heated. This warm air rises, creating areas of low pressure, while cooler air from higher altitudes moves in to fill the void, creating areas of high pressure. This movement of air causes circulation patterns and ultimately drives global wind patterns.
