What does this equation mean?

X = Cos (T) * Phi ^ ((2 / Pi) * T) Y = Sin (T) * P

Not sure why there are two = signs.

Also, Phi is usually an angle, unless it is the golden ratio. I've never seen either one raised to such a power.

Where did you get the "equation"?
I got this equation from some girl that is on an online dating service. She says she wants to date someone who knows what those numbers mean, and she's hot....I'll give you the web info if you want it, just for fun of course.
