What do you use to identify the specific name or line segment??

I really don't understand what my teacher is looking for, any help would be awesome.

Traditionally, a line segment can be labeled by using the end points, such as AB
where A is one end point and B is another

If the direction you are going does not matter,
AB would be the same as BA

If direction is involved, we have something called a vector, but I don't think you are there yet.
