What did yoU do on your last birthday?
1. My family celebrated my birthday with a birthday cake at home.
(Was the birthday cake at home?)
I would have said:
My family celebrated my birthday at home with a birthday cake.

2. At the birthday party at home, my family celebrated me.
The family probably would say they celebrated your birthday, not celebrated you.
My family celebrated my birthday with a party at home.

3. My family celebrated my birthday by singing a birthday song for me.
I do not see anything wrong with this, although it is awkward.

4. Mother prepared a birthday cake and put candles on it, and then she lighted the candles. I blew out the candles while the family was singing Happy Birthday.
Better to split into another sentence:

4. Mother prepared a birthday cake and put candles on it. *** Then she lighted the candles. I blew out the candles while the family was singing Happy Birthday.
