When working in a sandwich shop there are specific attitudes and behaviors which must be followed in this business environment. Employees must be very mindful cleanliness. They should work neatly and use gloves at all time when pearpaiding sandwiches. When cleaning utilizing the proper cleaning supplies. Employees should work with a positive and friendly attitude. They should be willing to talk with customer, to know what the customer want and need.
