This is what i have so far:Workers will have choice to invest their payroll taxes. Anyone currently receiving Social Security, or close to it, will not be impacted by any changes.Today’s workers should be free to direct a portion of their payroll taxes to personal investments for their retirement future. Any new options for retirement security should be voluntary, so workers can choose to remain in the current system or opt for something different.Illegal aliens should receive social security benefits.

Most of this sounds about right ... except for that last sentence!! It's clearly not something Republicans would go for!
Didn't privatizing social security die a necessary and merciful death a few years ago. The disaster in the stock market certainly put the kibosh on the notion that everyone could make money in the stock market.
I'm sure you're wrong about two key facts. The Republicans want people to be able to invest a portion of their payroll taxes themselves. Also where on earth did you get your last sentence???
