What are 3 essential things that an observational report must have in order to be scientific????
HELPPPPP!!!!!!!!!
I'm not sure what you are asking. However, I will try to answer your question. I am assuming that you are not referring to a classical experiment.
You need to know what subjects you are observing, what aspects of their behavior you are observing (determined by your hypothesis) and what specific changes you found under what conditions.
Even so, this site might be closer to the information you need.
