I don't see how either Dell or Disney "imposes" Western culture on Asia. People voluntarily use their services. I don't know anything about Disney in Asia, but my granddaughter has worked for Disney Paris for over a year. The company has adapted this park to suit its European visitors. For instance, at first, alcohol was not allowed in this resort. But the European customers objected because wine is a normal part of their meals. Disney changed its policy to permit beer and wine at their French park. Companies that deal with the public must adapt to the wants and desires of their customer bases.

Western companies often impose western culture on the country in which the business is launched.
