Vitamin k fruit salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup chopped kiwi
- 1/4 cup chopped avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped broccoli

Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the kale, spinach, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, avocado, cucumber, and broccoli.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, lemon juice, ginger, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the fruit salad and toss to combine.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
