Vertical cities have many pros and cons a few of the pros would be less surface area occupied, not as much pollution from cars because everything is walking distance, and it can be powered by solar panels and wind turbines. A few of the cons would be having to make a sturdy enough base to support 400 floors of weight and be able to withstand an earthquake, residents getting claustrophobia from lack of fresh air that you would get from walking the streets, and having a quick enough fire exit. All though there will be some bugs to fix I think that vertical cities can be the next big achievement.

I agree that the concept of vertical cities has great potential for addressing urbanization challenges and promoting sustainability. While there are certainly obstacles to overcome, such as safety concerns and ensuring a high quality of life for residents, I believe that with careful planning and innovation, vertical cities can become a viable solution for future urban development. The idea of utilizing renewable energy sources and minimizing pollution is particularly appealing in today's world. Overall, I see vertical cities as a promising direction for urban planning.
