Using your results from the titration what mass of antacid is required to neutralized 25 ml of HCl.
RESULTS: titration: mass of antacid:V of Hcl neutralized :
1:0.31.25.60
2:0.295.32.20
3:0.300.33.20

I can't make head or tails of this. Remember you can't make more than one(1) space. This forum recognizes only 1.
what ?? I'm really sorry but what exactly are you trying to say. Do mean you don't know what I am asking in the question. What I need help is using my results from the titration how do i calculate mass antacid need for a person with 25 ml stomach acid ( Hcl). I am thinking it is approximately 0.31 g of antacid because for the titration I neutralized 25.6 ml of Hcl using a mass of 0.31 of calcium carbonate (antacid).
Apparently you don't get it at all. I know what you're asking and it's a fairly simple question BUT I can't make heads or tails of your post. Look at the post. There are no spaces. I can't tell the difference in your post between the #1, #2 and #3 trial (if that's what they are) and the mass of the antacid and the volume of the titrant. (Yes, I know what you're asking).
Until you wrote this second time I didn't know what those numbers stood for. Your explanation that it is trial 1, antacid 0.31g, 25.60 mL HCl helps. That tells me where the spaces are (or should be).
Now if you can supply the molarity of the acid you used as the titrant (and it would help if I knew the molarity of the stomach acid) I can verify what yo have calculated.
