Frankly, I don't really know how to approach this subject. Of course, Facebook encourages many people to get together online and discuss diverse topics. Also, gender difference aren't emphasized in the Facebook format.

For me, at age 79, Facebook provides a way to keep up on news and pictures from my grandchildren who are spread across the country.
