According to Machiavelli, the best rulers are (Because the magistrates do not exact honor (require honor) from people against their will, the people honor them willingly as they should.)

which of these points would Machiavelli and Moore most likely agree? Both Moore and Maciavelli agree on the precept that governments (and leaders) are not trustworthy, nor honest, and cowardly, so we cannot depend on governments to be usually fair.
