She twisted the deadbolt and opened the door, but, to her surprise, the only thing waiting for her was the fresh air of the beautiful spring day. “Hello?” she asked, looking around. No one was there. She was just about to close the door when a glimmer of color caught her eye. Down by her feet, there was a small red box. Intrigued, she picked it up and took one last look around. A light breeze tickled her arm, and she shuddered.
