I checked out a couple of CRM systems, and I think I’d go with HubSpot. What I loved most about it is how user-friendly it is; even a newbie can figure it out super quick! Plus, it has cool features like email tracking and a free version, which is awesome for smaller businesses. The only problem I found was that some advanced features are kinda pricey.
