If the events are independent, the probability of both/all events occurring is determined by multiplying the probabilities of the individual events.

c. .9 * .9 * (1-.9) = ?

d. .9^3 = ?
So....

c. .9*.9*(1-.9)=-0.09
d. .9^3=0.729

would that be correct?
