To restart a list or continue numbering in a numbered list, follow these steps:

1. Right-click on the number where you want to restart the list or continue numbering.
2. From the context menu that appears, select "Restart at 1" to restart the list or "Continue Numbering" to continue the numbering from the previous list.

Alternatively:

1. Copy the entire list, including the numbers.
2. Paste it in the desired location where you want to restart or continue the numbering.
3. Double-click on the number where you want to restart the list or continue numbering.
4. Type "1" and hit enter to restart the list or leave it as is to continue the numbering.
