Anyone can pray. The Bible demonstrates that prayer is a form of communication with God available to all people, regardless of their occupation, status, or level of training. There are numerous instances of various individuals, including sinners, expressing their thoughts and feelings to God through prayer. Therefore, there are no restrictions on who can pray.
