Well, Courtney gets 15 hours of overtime and her normal pay of 26*40
I can't figure out what her overtime rate is. time and a half? A ratio of 3/2 normal pay? If so, then she gets $39/hr for overtime
So, her earnings are 26*4 + 15*39 = ?

Jess makes 20000 * 0.05 = ?

Now just compare the two.
