This problem on my homework is asking me to write each fraction as a decimal, and round to three decimal places. The fraction was 17/16. I got 1.0625 for the decimal. What does it mean to round it to three decimal places, and how do I do that?

The 2 is in the third decimal place. If the next number is 5 or more, round the 2 up to 3.
