If I had to choose a topic to speak about, I would choose mental health awareness. I believe it is an important and often overlooked issue that affects a large portion of the population. By spreading awareness and destigmatizing mental health issues, we can encourage more people to seek help and support. I am passionate about promoting mental health because I believe everyone deserves to feel supported and understood, and by speaking out about it, we can start to make a positive change in our society.
