I'd say that part of the question is right up Aristotle's alley! Read about ethos, pathos, logos ...
Also this -- same concepts, but in English: ethical appeal, emotional appeal, reasoned appeal --

This is part of a paper I am writing.....I need to write about this, however I am confused by the 2nd part of the question. What do you think they are looking for when they state how are we influenced by emotion, framing and narratives?
What attributes are inherent in persuasive messages? How are we influenced by the emotion, framing, narratives, and rational appeals in the messaging we receive?
