This is my last question and I just am not getting it for some reason.
Prepare a 500 ml of 0.15 M tris buffer, pH 8.25 from tris mono hydrochloride, 0.400 M HCL, and 0.350 M NaOH. Determine amounts needed and them write the recipe. Pka for tris is 8.00
