I read that as
y = 5^{3x^2}

take the ln of both sides

lny = ln(5^{3x^2})
= 3x^2(ln5)
(dy/dx)/y = (6ln5)x
dy/dx = (5ln5)xy
or
(6ln5)x(5^{3x^2})
