Everyday activities like chores, school, and sports require energy, and I get that energy mainly from the food I eat. When I have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I try to include a mix of carbs, proteins, and fats. For example, I love having oatmeal or eggs in the morning to fuel my day.

Also, I make sure to snack healthy with fruits or nuts because they give me a quick energy boost when I'm feeling tired, especially before sports practice.
