The answer is 1.2 x 104 = 15,000 times larger.
2.5*10^9
and
3*10^13?
if so then
3*10^13 / 2.5*10^9 = (3/2.5) * 10^(13-9) = 1.2 * 10^4
= 12,000 times larger
and
3*10^13?
if so then
3*10^13 / 2.5*10^9 = (3/2.5) * 10^(13-9) = 1.2 * 10^4
= 12,000 times larger
In other words I think that 15,000 is a typo.
